A Modern Industrial Straight-Stitch Workstation
The DDL-8000C combines Juki's proven industrial lockstitch engineering with a digitally controlled feed system. Stitch length, reverse feed, condensed stitching and specialised stitch patterns can be controlled through the colour LCD touchscreen.
Its long-arm design provides 305mm between the machine arm and needle, giving the operator more room to manoeuvre garments and larger fabric sections than a conventional industrial plain sewer.

The DDL-8000C uses Juki's oil-shielded lubrication system and an automatic oil-circulation mechanism designed to reduce oil accumulation inside the machine head.
Carefully engineered shielding around the hook, needle bar and circulating components helps minimise external oil leakage while maintaining the lubrication required for high-speed industrial use.
This is particularly valuable when producing light-coloured garments or finished products where cleanliness matters.

What type of stitching does the DDL-8000C perform?
It produces a high-quality single-needle lockstitch, commonly called an industrial straight stitch. It does not produce zigzag, overlocking or decorative domestic-machine stitches.
What fabrics is this model suitable for?
The DDL-8000CSM configuration is intended for light- to medium-weight materials used in general garment production. Very heavy, multi-layered or difficult materials may require a different industrial-machine class.
