Using your Bohin tool
Set the slider to your required distance, hold the gauge square to the edge and repeat the measurement along the work. Recheck the slider if it is moved in storage.
Questions worth answering
Is it a cutting ruler?
It is a small measuring and marking gauge. Use a suitable cutting ruler and mat when working with a rotary cutter.
Can I use the hole to mark a curve?
The guide hole can assist with suitable curve or circle marking. Test the setup on paper before marking your fabric.
